TST09603A is 80x160 resolution 0.96 inch IPS LCD display with 4 wire SPI interface, it's IPS LCD display with free viewing angle, standard luminance is around 150 cd/m2. It's a very small size LCD display, widely using in Industrial, Medical, and many other smart home products.
LED backlight life time is typical 30000 hours, but it will be reduced if LED is driven by high current, high ambient temperature and humidity conditions.
