TST28011T-00 is 2.8 inch lcd display screen with 37 pins MCU 8/16 bits interface, FPC is with soldering connection, except for this model, we also have other lcd display screen which is with ZIF connection. Driver IC is Sitronix ST7789V, available to add the standard capacitive touch screen or make the customized of all kinds of touch panels basing on your detail requirements.Standard brightness is 320 cd/m2, widely using in smart home, white goods, industrial and medical applications.

Q: What's the process to make the soldering of FPC?
1. Take 1 pieces of product to be welded and lay it flat on the table.
The welding place between the FPC and the backlight pad should be placed on a high temperature pad, not directly on the desktop.
2. FPC pad with bottom tin
Hold the soldering iron tip with the right hand and place it at about 45 degrees to the FPC surface and place it at the FPC pad. Use the tin wire in the left hand to tin the tip of the soldering iron, and move the soldering iron tip with the right hand to tin the FPC pad, and pay attention to below points:
A. The tinning time should not exceed 2-3 seconds to prevent scalding FPC (bubble)
B. Before tinning the tip of the soldering iron, wipe the dirt and excess tin slag on the wet foam.
3. Alignment welding
After the FPC pad is tinned, the left hand aligns the backlight gold finger with the FPC pad up and down, and then uses a soldering iron to solder the solder joint. The specific quality control requirements are as follows:
A. The left hand of the soldered weighing scale is used to hold the PI position of the root of the FPC gold finger with a tin wire. After the soldering iron is removed, the tin wire is removed after the tin is cured to prevent the pad from lifting.
B. When soldering, place the soldering iron on the soldering position for 2~3 seconds to connect the tin on the upper and lower pads together.
C. Do not add too much tin during soldering to avoid tin remaining in the soldering position.
