The TST050WVHS-36C-2 is a 5.0-inch diagonal active-matrix TFT LCD module utilizing a-Si TFT (amorphous silicon) technology, with a resolution of 800(RGB)×480 pixels. The module integrates a GH7006-i2 driver IC and supports a 24-bit RGB interface, enabling high-quality color display with 16.7M colors. It comes with a built-in capacitive touch panel (CTP, FT5446U) with I²C interface, providing a complete touch display solution. A typical luminance of 450 cd/m² and an operating temperature range of -20°C to +70°C make the device suitable for industrial control panels, portable instruments, and handheld terminals
